Cosmetic surgery has come a long way, baby. And eventhough female celebrities may have - willingly or unwillingly - put the procedure and the..... um..... goods in the public eye, they no longer have the market cornered with a number of more safe, reasonably priced implant options and numerous well-trained surgeons out there.
